The Edgbaston Priory Club will once again co-host the early rounds of the illustrious British Open this season as rounds 1 and 2 will be played at the impressive facility on the 2nd and 3rd of June.
The British Open returned to Birmingham for the first time since 2001 last season and the biggest UK event remains in the 2022 Commonwealth Games host city for another year. The event will run between 2-9 June with both the Edgbaston Club and The Rep playing host to the top quality action. Edgbaston Priory will see 3 courts in action across the first two days with 8 matches taking place on each court.
The Rep was labelled as the perfect arena for squash as crowds flooded into the theatre to watch last years British Open and an all-glass show court will once again be erected in the 52-year-old venue. Egyptian duo Ali Farag and Nour ElSherbini claimed last years titles in front of a packed house in Birmingham.
Tickets are available here. The semi-finals are sold out and there are limited tickets available for quarter finals and finals.
