Qualifying complete, it’s time for the British Open Main Draw, with 32 Round One matches on three courts at Solihull Arden.
Today’s matches – starting at 11.30 and scheduled for a 21.00 finish – all feature 17/32 seeds playing unseeded players, wildcards or qualifiers, with the winners going through to face one of the top sixteen seeds in Round Two.
There are 13 home players in action, although two of those are sure to fall as Georgia Adderley meets wildcard Alicia Mead and Declan James faces qualifier Sam Osborne-Wylde in one of the last matches. ‘Lucky Loser’ Adrian Waller meets Kareem El Torkey, who was a Luck Loser last year !
